Restrict analyses to ROI #18

Many thanks for making this tool available!

I was wondering if there was a straightforward way to restrict a voxelwise mediation analysis to a ROI when significance testing?

Hi Rob,

Yes, just use a mask for the region of interest. Please consider that the ROI should be sufficiently large enough in which it makes sense to TFCE.
