Table naming #110

Rename tables in database to include Electronic at start of name.

Additionally, what is Histogram_Meta and DATA_PDT?

PDT stands for Profile of Depth and Temperature. It's binned data of temperatures recorded across different depths. I'll add something to the documentation to clarify this.

All tables renamed as requested.
