Question(s) about fields described in Metadata inventory #70

See eTagMetadataInventory for details. A lot of fields need some additional information on how they are to be implemented.

Most of the fields described in eTagMetadataInventory are not the responsibility of the metl package to upload, and are instead just describing fields which are a part of the overall ABLTAG data model.

After meeting with the working group, it was determined that there was only one additional field which needed to be added to the pipeline, the INSTRUMENT_TYPE field.

Created a separate issue for this task. Marking this task as closed.
