DesertStar ARGOS data #96

Update DesertStar Decoder to extract ARGOS data and associate it with it's corresponding tags.

Refactored DS packet parsing code for better reusability when implementing this feature.

Successfully implemented code which associates each sensor data packet (SDPT_MODSN2) with the ARGOS data packet (SDPT_ARGOS) immediately above it in the data file. However, upon doing this it became apparent that all of the data appeared to be being produced by a single tag (tag num 314, serial num 106175.

Reached out to Katy to see if this was as expected. Tabling this issue for now.

No- I said that there is only one tag represented in these .csv files. However, Desert Star data is still unable to be extracted and uploaded.
