handle search for ingredient that doesn't exist #104

Didn't seem to bother anyone in user testing. Long-term could see benefit (maybe) to suggesting that the user go add the ingredient to the database (you'd have to be logged in...), but would require user testing to see if actually a benefit to doing so.
