Adds organization #41

Adds organization to the build file. I refactored it to multi-project style build.sbt.

I'm not sure I'd want this project to be multi-project. I had gone down that road, and realized that it was almost easier to deal with sbt one project at a time. sbt might be getting more stable, but I swear that's the only thing I spend time on right now whenever I touch scala code.

Thanks, though, the organization seems fairly sane. I'm sure if someone wanted to fork this library to add a bunch of extensions this will be useful.
