[Feature]: Support for Amethyst Cluster and AE2 Certus Quartz Cluster #1

What is your idea?

Certus quartz clusters in Applied Energistics 2 are essential for mod progressing. And it is very difficult to distinguish fully grown quartz clusters from growing ones, as well as amethyst clusters, which makes it very difficult to harvest properly.

Can you support quartz clusters, since clusters are some kind of "crop"?

I tried to implement amethyst cluster some time ago, and always had some problems with it.
But I might give it another try, if that happens to work, certus quartz cluster won't be so different.
