Where is the config file/how can I change the mod's settings? #6

Hello there. I head on the mod's Curseforge page that the upgrade material can be changed via a config file. I am trying to find that file, yet I am unable to do so. So here I am now, with this simple question: Where is the config file/how can I change the mod's settings? I hope that someone can help me out here.

It's in the world saves serverconfig folder, so its different per world.
