Support for importing php extensions defined in composer.json #1

I think it would be nice if there's a lib function which gets the php extensions from the composer file and then provides them as nix attributes, something like this https://github.com/loophp/nix-shell/blob/master/src/composer.nix

this is a good idea. I'm not sure when I'll be able to implement this, but I'd be happy to review a PR if someone puts one together in the meantime.
