Create an xCalendar renderer #11

Right now there is only an iCalendar renderer. Create a renderer for the
xCalendar format, which is basically a one-to-one conversion to XML rather
than the text format that iCalendar normally is.

Look into the xCalendar format for possible options to pass to this renderer.
