Free/busy time searches #13

The iCalendar spec has a lot of information about how to use it to define a
person's free/busy time. Events within an iCalendar object can be made to
either take up time or not. You can also specify that a calendar user is
free/busy at certain times.

There needs to be a method of finding a calendar user's free/busy time.
Whether that mean methods in the qCal component class or possibly a new
class, I'm not sure. I think maybe it should be left up to a new class. I
need to find the best possible solution to this issue.

After I get recurring events working, this will be the next thing on the
agenda.
