Install PHPDocumentor on my server #7

The majority of the library has been written with PHPDocumentor blocks or
"docblocks" in place. This means that I can install PHPDocumentor on my
server, point it at the library, and get some pretty decent documentation
automagically.

If there is time, I'd like to have this done for version 0.0.2, otherwise,
it will definitely be done by version 0.0.3.
