Added Ruble Symbol U+20BD #163

👋 thanks for the PR! Can you add tests to test this behavior against other currency symbols? I attempted to add some in https://github.com/tristen/tablesort/commit/29f78df0797329be31dd412c370dbc711a631328 but it looks like the regex might not be quite right.

Hi, I will try to implement some tests on next week.

Also the ruble symbol is usually placed after the amount as euro.
