RoR Server Bot does not move or respond in the chat #2

Hello, I have set up a fresh linux server, and I downloaded the bot and set it up without IRC, and it is all on the same system as the Rigs of Rods install, an Ubuntu 20.10 system. The terrain I used is North St. Helens, and the bot seems to be inactive, and also stuck in a mountain. I cannot see the bot anywhere, and even if I teleport to it's location, it won't be there.
