Velocity does not clear bossbars on server change #439

When the connected player changes server, Triton does not clear the cached bossbars. Therefore, when a player changes their language, old bossbars are sent and the Notchian client crashes (it should probably ignore the packet, but oh well...).

Clearing cached bossbars on server switching might not be a good fix, since I'm unsure if bossbars by Velocity plugins will persist correctly.

Needs backport for v3 This feature doesn't exist on v3 :upside_down_face:
