Avionics Integration Design Parameters #21

The Chamber temperature and pressure ranges are needed to start planning out the avionics package. A budget estimate and desired form-factor are also welcome, but not immediately required, at this stage.

Chamber and pressure maximums are specified as ~710psi and ~2000C,
