Describe The Bug: Homebridge-Brewer 2.1.1 is not working correctly due to missing package bluetooth_hci_socket-0.5.3-10-node-v108-linux-arm.tar.gz . The link which it refers to errors out to a 404: https://github.com/abandonware/node-bluetooth-hci-socket/releases/download/0.5.3-10/bluetooth_hci_socket-0.5.3-10-node-v108-linux-arm.tar.gz

To Reproduce: Install Homebridge-Brewer 2.1.1 via Homebridge.

Expected behavior: Install is succesfull without errors
