Allow non-standard protocols for syslog consumer. #235

Referring to #234. A non-standard protocol will be logged as "info" because it does not break anything.

Coverage remained the same at 71.441% when pulling dd2f2921b38803923f1bbb7f5c2db88d6e707c62 on 234-syslog_all_protocols into 6dfc6e747927541edc74a98ea7c3ae8b9a11a255 on master.
