Consider OSM tags for proposed cycleways? #17

Idea: Add “proposed:cycleway”=”lane” (etc) tags to ways where localities are already proposing/planning new cycleways, and possibly mark these in the data tables in popup? “proposed:cycleway:source:ref”=”https://*.pdf” (link to city planning website or PDF?)

Sort of related: If we add construction date tags to the cycleways, then we can calculate/project rate of cycleway production. I think there’s a tag for this.
