idle timer / reminder #122

I use this great app for projects that I work on, at my computer. sometimes I
will get called away form my computer only to return to find the timer still
running and no idea what time I walked away.
I would like to set a timer for every XX mins. to remind me that the timer is
running and i'm still sitting at my desk, maybe some sort of pop-up or
drop-down box or window or something that i could "click to continue" and keep
the task running or if I don't click the button the timer will hold or stop or
an idle time would start, keeping track of the time i did not reply. it would
also be nice to add that away time if i was called away for that project or
erase the time if called away for another.

Thank you for this app.

To build on this idea - could the app make a ticking sound every so often? This
further allows me to keep focused on what I'm supposed to be doing rather than
getting distracted.

I think that a ticking sound would disturb our concentration and disturb others
near us. The app could keep monitoring the computer activity and stop the task
if the computer is idle for two or three minutes. When the user comes back to
the computer, he or she has the option to count or not the idle time.
Thank you.

That's a good idea about going idle. I only meant the ticking as a prompt every
so often for 3-5 seconds - not continuously. You're totally right that *would*
be distracting!
