Mark a task complete even though it has not reached its goal time #581

When a task exceeds its goal the line is marked in green otherwise it remains 
open even though the task may have been completed. If there was a button that 
you click to complete the task even though it was completed before the goal and 
that resulted in the green shading showing and reports could indicate completed 
tasks.
