Link in SECURITY.md gives 404 #1887

Clicking the link to report a security vulnerability in the newly created SECURITY.md gives a 404 error for me. Does this maybe require some admin permissions? When I go to the corresponding page for one of the repos where I have admin rights, this works.

I think this requires to enable the "Private vulnerability reporting" setting under https://github.com/trixi-framework/Trixi.jl/settings/security_analysis (?)
