Tutorials with Literate.jl: TODOs

TODOs in the Literate.jl tutorials:

[x] Printing summary_callbacks in md and nb output (in code snippets and code summary)?
[x] Rewrite part of cubic_conservation_law with "outside the module"?
[x] If possible, add tests checking the output of plot(sol)
[x] Delete old plot links when we don't need them anymore
[x] Remove Warning at the end of code summaries
[x] Warning in differentiable programming/Measurements
[x] Fix introduction with new place of stuff (not "this repository" etc.)
[x] Include Unstructured meshes with HOHQMesh.jl
[x] Rewrite tutorials to make them "read nice" in the new structure
[x] Links to gh-pages/dev for notebooks
[x] Caching last dev version every week in branch with GitHub action (#902)
[x] Fix links for binder, nbviewer and download (#902)
[x] Adapt makedocs file structure when switching to new tutorials and remove old tutorials
[x] Remove the _literate suffixes in the file names (and links!) once the old tutorials are gone
[x] Update notebook caching from "latest dev version" to "latest stable version"
[x] Automatically trigger a build on mybinder.org when new notebooks are pushed. @sloede suggested looking at https://github.com/s-weigand/trigger-mybinder-build. A probably better maintained alternative seems to be https://github.com/jupyterhub/repo2docker-action#mybinderorg. Such an update should be included in our action copying the notebooks (and tested in another repo before going into production here). (#911)
[x] Add Trixi.jl to dependencies in .toml
[x] Delete repository TrixiTutorials
