This adds my initial draft to the MPI section. Feel free to criticize/correct/improve!

I also rewrote a few paragraphs as discussed with @ranocha - these are merely suggestions! In particular,

I'd be OK to remove the sentence added in 6dc194c if you feel like it doesn't fit,
I removed the last statement from the conclusions since I didn't feel it was substantiated anywhere in the paper. If we want to keep it, I suggest to add another short paragraph somewhere stating some of the differences to other languages that support the claim that "a new programming style is necessary"
