@ranocha I've read through the entire paper and made some minor adjustments. Nothing is absolutely vital, although I think we should include the reference gamblin2015spack. I tried to split everything up in very small commits and put my motivation for the changes into the commit message. This also allows you to revert individual commits if you feel like they do not make sense.
Other than that, I think that the paper is ready to go!
