[Feature Request] Add SponsorBlock option to Pipe & YouTube Viewer #140

Hi. Is it possible to add this feature to Pipe & YouTube viewer using the SponsorBlock API? And it can be activated in the Other options section (GTK) and as --sponsorblock [YouTube URL] (CLI)
