When using netgroups to restrict logins, the shadow_compat and passwd_compat NSS service definitions are used.

As far as I can tell, no distro has defaults for the "compat" databases, and no defaults were added here. Please move them to the bottom of the params list and give them default value of undef.

This is being closed due to inactivity, but also as a Puppet4 refactor is going on.
