Some streamers have an ability to activate a Twitch program called "Channel Points". Once activated, it adds a new icon and a counter to the bottom left corner of the chat, right next to the Twitch Chat Overlay settings icon. When you hover over the Twitch program icon, its label appears, and it is overlapped by the TCO settings icon.
