Not work if two datetimepicker in modal bootstrap. #16

Dear trntv,

if i have 2 datetimepicker, the first is success, but the second have an error like this : Uncaught Error: Could not initialize DateTimePicker without an input element at c (:2:2239) at HTMLButtonElement.

I have the same issue with datetime picker on modal Failed to set the 'value' property on 'HTMLInputElement': This input element accepts a filename, which may only be programmatically set to the empty string
