Cannot create a submission as course owner w/o additional authors #203

Error: As a course owner I'm not preselected as author of a new submission. Failure: Clicking submit results in An invalid form control with name='authors' is not focusable. and does not continue.

I need to add another author in order submit. Might be related to #13

Observed in: OpenSubmit v0.6.12
