Tick handler is conditional. Adds in config to disable green light Makes offsets adjustable via control Tick handler is smaller with less duplication.
Make sure this gets a quick round of testing. The conditional tick handler and everything tested out MP safe on my end but more eyes never hurt.
Going to put in an API request regarding the hotkey. There is no sane way to have a setting and a hotkey.
