Signals floats above player character. #64

I can't decide if this is actually how it should be, but it is different from pre-0.11.0 behavior.

That's interesting, I did not change the render layer when adding the new sprites. Maybe this is something to do with the rendering changes announced for 0.18 (https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=80247 Modding)? For me personally I would render them on the entity-info-icon (138), which would still be above the player if i remember correctly.
