Update for GNOME 46 #2

This PR rewrites the code as ESM, so it's not backwards compatible, but that's the way of GNOME >= 45, it seems.

You're welcome. I did notice a couple of errors in Extension Manager, and I may have fixed them in the PR, but I'm not sure. I'll submit another PR if I find and fix further errors.
