@getorymckeag this is rebased on #20. It enables linting/scanning with redocly, spectral (OWASP top 10), and 42crunch locally in VS Code. It also includes GH action jobs for the redocly and spectral scan; 42crunch GH action is blocked in #16.
I'm drafting this PR until #20 is merged and I've eliminated all the warnings that pop up in VS Code now on this branch. I will push those en masse soon, and I wanted to give you a heads up that I will probably touch every single OAS file in _data, as there are hundreds of warnings. It's minor stuff for the most part, but I wanted to give you a heads up to avoid a merge headache if possible.
