I made some changes to make the code working with esphome:

early saving of netif in wireguard context (commit fc24d5fa788f71cf9527e719b39e7764f8587d34)
netif->state validity in wireguardif_output() (commit 10fcbff39b01480db7a26a7464c2d11c0d381c4a)
new library.json file

I close this PR due to remote branch rename. The new PR is with same code is #42.
