Designers not detecting configurations folder as valid #465

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to configuration folder of OpenHab
2. change name of openhab_default.cfg to openhab.cfg
3. try to select that configuration folder with the designer client

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect the client to load the config folder, but instead it displays an 
error message

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.0 on a Mac

In step 2, you should do a copy or create an empty openhab.cfg. The default 
file should be kept.
