Updated SMUD login #77

As I went to write the PR required for Home Assistant, I saw a comment saying this was broken. It is fixed now.

I released v0.4.3. Please send a PR to bump the version on HA.

Too bad it was the broken version that got released with HA 2024.04, and mentioned in the release notes. It even got a SMUD logo in the “social” image. Does that version work for most people, and broken for some, or is it likely broken for all? Didn’t something change in the Opower API?
