Moderate the TRON developers & SRs discord server. #663

Using the server is unbearable, receving 4 pings and scam messages per 1 message sent in faucet or elsewhere. All channels are filled with scam messages / spam. Entire server is unmoderated and is in chaos.

to test out ones again, i sent message in faucet

Issue has clearly not be completed, whilst moderating the server would be easy by enfocing discord account criteria to avoid spam, nothing is being done about it
