how to upgrade the firmware?

Hi,

After the compilation completed, I got following files in .pio/build/tronxy_stm32f103 directory

How can use the files to upgrade the firmware?

Do I need to purchase a new board first? My XY2-Pro's board version is CXY-V5-180409.

I assume the pop windows is the, .pio directory is the update file. I find the update directory is located in the root! thanks
