To more easily determine why there is a difference between the IBM and CASAL we need to obtain more detailed outputs from CASAL:

mean (and sd) of length at age
mean weight at age
selectivity at age

We can then compare these with the same ogives from the IBM which are currently being output to the output/fishes folder. Rather than doing this for a length based CASAL model I think we should focus on the age-based model for now. In tests/runner.R we should have functions for plotting the differences.

@nokome The reason why Jeremy suggested to use length-based CASAL model is to simplify the process of identifying what cause(s) the biomass trajectory differences between IBM and CASAL. IBM will remove fish based on fish length instead of age and using length-based model can avoid mid-processes like selectivity at age transforming to selectivity at length... Could you please discuss this with Jeremy and decide which (length- or age-based) model to use before I get on the work.
