Update dragonkin.lua #35

Fleshed out the pets with "Conflagrate" to check for the "Flamethrower" debuff, which is basically a faster version of "Immolate".

A good expamle of this is Lil'Ragnaros, which now has a proper rotation.

My bad, I updated Dragonkin instead of elemental. Correcting....
