U.S. Side:

Tier 1. Zodiac (Marines) & All amphibious vehicles (LAV-25. AMTRAC, Badger IFV, etc.)
Tier 2. ???
Tier 3. LCAC

RUS Side:

Tier 1. Zodiac (Russian Naval Inf.) & All amphibious vehicles (BTR-series, BMP-series, etc.)
Tier 2. PTS-M
Tier 3. Zubr class (confirmed by CUP)

Bring LCAC supply script to work. Loading vehicles does work, unload cargo doesn't.

These are really two different things, self delivery of amphibious vehicles and delivery via landing craft. I will split this into two issues.
