Tailwater section of the Missouri below Holter near Craig MT #160

Received some feedback that Missouri river is missing a section. May need to look into it. NHD might designate it as a not a stream, unhelpfully.

There's an issue with the projected temperatures of the USGS stream gauges that monitor temperature below the Holter Dam.

Do I raise the 18.888 C range, or do I keep it firm, and manually add the Missouri River below Holter, say down to Helena?

By changing the maximum threshold for temperature, this is fixed.
