iOS CS/iPhone 7 - Map Page: Theme is not cached

Issue Description:

• When a user sets the theme to light-mode and refreshes the page, the theme is reset to dark mode.

Steps To Reproduce: 1 Navigate to https://troutspotr-2018-beta.herokuapp.com/ 2 Tap the "Theme" toggle. 3 Once the page transitions to light mode 4 Refresh the page 5 Observe the theme is not reverted to dark mode.
