Do not promote workshop `Fresque de la Biodiversité` anymore #10

Organizers don't want to adjust their ticketing platform at the moment for the events to be scraped, so we should hide the Fresque de la Biodiversité from the welcome page (to avoid confusing people). The events should still show up, if any.
