Do not promote workshop `Fresque du Numérique` anymore #4

Organizers don't want to adjust their ticketing platform at the moment for the events to be scraped, so we should hide the Fresque du Numérique logo from the welcome page (to avoid confusing people). The events should still show up, if any.
