Fix Forvo for English or languages without available interface #25

Turns out, the problem i was having with the Forvo.com entry wasn’t http vs. https, but that English is the standard, so there is no en.forvo.com.

Even as a team member, i still prefer to do pull requests. As discussed, with it being OK to push fixes directly, i feel fine merging this myself without further review.
