Change eBay Kleinanzeigen to Kleinanzeigen #35

This also changes the shortcut ekn to just kn.

eBay was completely removed in April 2023: https://themen.kleinanzeigen.de/medien/pressemitteilungen/kleinanzeigen-ohne-ebay-was-sich-in-kurze-andert/

Yes, both ka and kn are language codes, and thus should be reserved for dictionary shortcuts.

How about kaz (after KleinAnZeigen)?
