Done on index route but not on others.

Challenge is malformed JSON when returning cities for norfolk, etc. Hampton works but reverse.geocode is a problem. Request-promise is done in file rp.js but will be incorporated into index.js when bumped to version 0.0.3

Finished in file called rp.js on ver3 branch. Implementing on routes for zip codes that won't fail. Certain cities have issues with this.
