Fixing bugs in PAGC Frontend #30

What version of PAlib are you using?
080823

Please provide any additional information below.
There are some bugs and things in the PAGC Frontend that needs changing.
The ones I know of, are the #ifdef lines not being included in all_gfx.h
files, the whole issue of having to include all_gfx.c files and the program
sometimes crashing for no apparent reason. But if there are other things
you know of, that needs to be changed/fixed, please leave a comment.

Also, I am contemplating converting it to Visual Basic 6.0 instead. This
will resolve the problem that many people seem to have with not wanting to
install .NET on their computer. Also, something tells me that it might make
it easier to install it on Linux, but as I know nothing of Linux, it's just
a hunch on my part.

Also, because of my limited knowledge of Linux, I will need help with
making the Linux installer some time in the future.

Please disregard my comment about Visual Basic 6.0. I had forgotten that it
wasn't
necessarily made in Visual Basic at all, and quite right, it seems to have been
programmed in C#.

I dont think .net is a real problem. Its standard in Vista, and most XP box's
will
already have this installed.

I've worked on PAGfx before.
I could make small improvements and corrections to it, if you provide me
detailed
specifications / bug reports.
